About Us

our goal with our coffee is not to make as much money as possible or to sell as much as possible – our primary goal with our coffee is to share our love for good fresh coffee with those who appreciate it. the way we do this is by doing on demand small batch roasting – we don’t roast a bunch of coffee and then wait for orders to come in, we only roast when we get an order and each batch that gets roasted is for a specific order.

the journey for your coffee, when you order from us, goes a little something like this:

1. you place an order
2. we receive a notification of your order and we get started asap
3. we roast your order and let it air out over night (coffee has to air out for ~24hrs after roasting)
4. we bag, box, label, and ship you your order
5. you enjoy a fresh roasted cup of coffee in your favorite mug 🙂
